Об этом сообщает «Коммерсантъ» Так он выразился в одном из телеграм-каналов. Дома у священника прошел обыск, ему вменили статью о призывах к терроризму. В октябре 2022 года Пинчука оштрафовали на 100 тысяч рублей по уголовному делу о повторной дискредитации российской армии. На священника обратили внимание из-за публикации во «ВКонтакте», в которой он назвал действия российских военных захватническими. Пинчук служит в Русской православной церкови зарубежья под омофором митрополита Агафангела. Она отделилась от канонической РПЦЗ в 2007 году в результате раскола.
