Roman Zavodsky, a 33-year-old resident of Novosibirsk, was detained on charges of justifying terrorism. The FSB claims he left a comment in support of the Russian Volunteer Corps, which fights as part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, in a Telegram channel.

Центральный районный суд Новосибирска заключил под стражу 33-летнего Романа Заводского по обвинению в оправдании терроризма (ч. 2 ст. 205.2 УК). Об этом сообщается на сайте суда. В областном управлении ФСБ утверждают, что мужчина, будучи противником войны в Украине, оставил в телеграм-канале комментарий в поддержку «Русского добровольческого корпуса», воюющего в составе ВСУ. Спецслужба называет арестованного участником «Мемориала». Он уехал из России в 2022 году во время мобилизации и вернулся в 2025-м. В открытых источниках найти информацию об участии мужчины в работе «Мемориала» не удалось.
