Темір Махмудаў — грамадзянскі актывіст і праваахоўнік. Ён з'яўляецца адным з 27 чалавек, затрыманых у сувязі з Кемпірабскім справай. Ён быў арыштаваны ў Бішкеку па падазрэнні ў арганізацыі масавых парадкаў і спробе гвалтцовага захаплення ўлады. Падчас яго дасудовага заключэння ён падвергаўся моцнаму псіхалагічнаму і фізічнаму ціску, што прывяло да значнага пагаршэння яго здароўя.

Temir Makhmudov is a civic activist and human rights defender. He is one of the 27 people detained in connection with the Kempir-Abad case. He was arrested in Bishkek on suspicion of organizing mass riots and attempting to seize power by force. During his pre-trial detention, he was subjected to severe psychological and physical pressure, which led to a significant deterioration of his health.
