Yuryi Sjarhei, a specialist at the Belarusian People's Bank, was detained during the 2020 protests. He was accused of participating in an attempt to damage a vehicle belonging to a driver who had assaulted a man waving a white-red-white flag. He was sentenced to six years in a high-security penal colony.
