Andrei Rabjakou

Andrei Rabjakou was detained following an incident in September 2023 where he allegedly made insulting remarks about Alexander Lukashenko while intoxicated. He was convicted by the Leninsky District Court of Mahilyow. The court sentenced him to two years in a strict-regime penal colony and ordered compulsory treatment for alcoholism.
