Dzmitryi Perszyn, a resident of Rečyca, was detained for allegedly insulting and slandering Alexander Lukashenko. Instead of a standard prison sentence, the court ordered compulsory psychiatric treatment. He has been added to the list of persons involved in extremist activities.
