Mikhail Mjakeka

Mikhail Mjakeka, a locksmith from Skidzel, was detained after returning to Belarus from Poland. Authorities accused him of participating in the 'Victory' plan and sending threatening messages to security forces. He was sentenced to six years in a high-security colony.
